The document of the NQP was validated during an inclusive national workshop held on December 29, 2015. The exhaustive quantification of its action matrix recommended by the National Monitoring Committee of the WAQSP was carried out and submitted. To date, the document is in the process of being introduced into the Government's adoption circuit.

Its implementation will enable Niger to meet the following constraints: The weaknesses of the institutional and regulatory framework, the insufficient quality of locally manufactured products due to the lack of quality policies and approaches in the companies, the inadequacies of the structures of control and certification complying with standards and lack of a national culture of quality.
