At the beginning of 2021, SOAC registered new accreditations in Burkina Faso, in Côte d'Ivoire and in Mali

On 8 February 2021, SOAC announced a new batch of accreditated bodies in West Africa. With the ISO IEC 17025 accreditation of ALS Burkina Faso (Gold Quality Control) and PROSLABS (Food – Environment and Water quality control), SOAC has just reached a total of 21 accredited CABs among which BNA Côte d’Ivoire, as the first system certification body SOAC accredited within the region. "Congratulations to M. Assan BANCE ALS Laboratory Manager, M. Issiaka BA PROSLABS President and Mrs Olga Kouassi BNA Director General", said Mr. Marcel GBAGUIDI, the Director General of SOAC.

 He also thanked his partners: " These results are the fruit of the winning cooperation between UNIDO, UEMOA, ECOWAS and EU, for a resilient and sustainable Quality Infrastructure in West Africa. Thank you for this vision".
