The Guinea Bissau NQP project and the implementation plan were validated in May 2016, with the support of the expert recruited by the Programme. In order to ensure a broad membership, all the stakeholders were involved in particular, the Department of Standardization and Quality Promotion Services, the Directorate of Metrology, Universities and Training Centers (Amilcar Cabral and Colinas Boe Universities, National Center for Industrial Training, National School of Administration). It should also be noted that this NQP project is part of a regional approach that integrates the directives of the two Regional Economic Communities (ECOWAS and UEMOA) on the need to create a relevant and effective National Quality Infrastructure, consistent with the Regional Quality Infrastructure.
