The NQP project, whose development process began in December 2015, was adopted on 16 June 2016 by all local stakeholders. The final draft is in the process of being transmitted to the Ivorian Government, which should then set up its adoption process with a view to making it a national document. Ultimately, it will improve the legal framework for implementation and quality development, provide a tool for the development of quality development projects and finally facilitate the integration of the national economy with the economies of other ECOWAS states, because it is correlated with ECOQUAL regional policy.
